This upgrade will occur on
September 22nd, 2012 at midnight.
Therefore, beginning September 23rd and anytime thereafter that you sign onto internet banking for the FIRST TIME you will be asked your Security Challenge Question. Please be prepared in advance of this by going into your account and updating this information if you do not remember the answers to your Challenge Questions that are currently setup on your account. For ECorp/Business customers please be certain this is done for all employees listed on your account. Once you perform this initial task, your online banking will function as it has previously with the enhancements that do not change functionality.
