Who Is Eligible for the Offer?
Attorneys located in the Chicagoland area who receive this email. The email address on the contact form you submit must match the email address where this email was delivered in order to be eligible for the offer.
What Is the Offer?
Attorneys may receive up to $500.00 assuming the below criteria is met. Upon funding the operating account and IOLTA(s) with at least $1,000.00 at account opening, the gift(s) will be sent via mail in the form of a Visa gift card to the address you provide on the contact form below.
- Open a Standard Operating Account – Open and fund a new operating account for your firm housed at West Town Bank & Trust (minimum deposit of $1,000.00); AND
- Open an IOLTA – Receive $250.00 when opening and funding a new IOLTA for your firm housed at West Town Bank & Trust (minimum deposit of $1,000.00); AND/OR
- Refer an IOLTA – Receive $250.00 when referring another attorney who opens and funds a new IOLTA for their firm housed at West Town Bank & Trust (minimum deposit of $1,000.00)
When Does the Offer Expire?
The IOLTA(s) must be opened and funded within 60 days of receiving the email offer to be eligible. West Town Bank & Trust reserves the right to debit the new operating account in the amount of the total gift(s) distributed if any of the accounts are closed within six months of account opening.
