Remote Deposit Capture
Remote Deposit Capture is a service that allows you to scan checks and transmit the scanned images to West Town Bank & Trust for posting and clearing. The basic requirements for the service include a PC, an internet connection and a check scanner. Checks that you receive at your business can be scanned to create a digital deposit. The digital deposit is then transmitted over an encrypted internet connection to WTBT and posted to your account and assigned availability.
Upload company checks on a daily basis and automatically compare checks presented at West Town Bank & Trust for payment that day. The system will automatically alert you of any discrepancies in the amounts and check numbers between your uploaded listing and checks at the Bank.
